An Application which virtualises a different device is called an Emulator , I dont have the exact definition but that's what i call it ;). If you're a gamer you might have heard about the PS2 Emulator which became very popular. Similarly there's also an Emulator of Android.
So, Here it is
Its known as BlueStacks App Player. You Can Google it !
Step 1 : Click here and download the Application , Its the installer your downloading ,Actually its 100 mb might take some time ! After it's downloaded Open the ".exe" file.
And Follow the instructions to install it.
Step 2 : After its installed, Open it from the desktop. (Start BlueStacks)
The Application is ready for use!
But, Wait Where are the applications to run :O , Where will I Download them ! How to Run them ?
The Applications we install from Google Play from our Android Device are in the form of ".apk". To Download them visit any one of the sites from these :

www.apktop.com
www.androiddrawer.com
www.apkmania.co
And search the app you want and download it !.
Installation is very simple , BlueStacks is really easy to use , just open the File and BlueStacks will install it.
To open the app you want, Go to Apps Folder at your Desktop and open the app with its respective name.
